Some alternative services (ex: IV Infusions & non-standard lab testing) may not be covered by insurance and we do not submit claims for non-covered services.

Are all appointments in-person or is telehealth available?2026-01-27T14:44:23-05:00

Due to the nature of the practice, most appointments are in person. Many follow-up appointments for lab work results, etc. are conducted either by phone or telehealth meeting.  Initial telehealth consults can provide essential information and allow for all questions to be addressed, however a physical assessment is part of an initial evaluation thus will require an in-office appointment as well.

How does communication work in between appointments?2026-01-27T14:44:39-05:00

We recognize that it can be frustrating trying to reach a provider through automated services during a crisis. Accessing emergency services and psychiatric hospitalization, while life-saving, can also be trauma-inducing.  Because of this, we have made it a priority to be available by phone, text or secure messaging to address issues that need urgent assessment and intervention. We offer a level of access to personalized care that is not found in conventional health care.
